Russell Dickerson Brings the Party to the Coca-Cola Roxy Despite Tornado Warnings
Russell Dickerson’s Russellmania tour stormed into the Coca-Cola Roxy this past Saturday—literally. The tour, themed like a full-blown professional wrestling event, brought high-energy performances, epic stage presence, and a crowd ready to throw down (in the best way possible). And despite tornado warnings swirling around Atlanta, nothing could stop the party.
Opening the night was singer-songwriter Jake Scott, who set the tone with his signature mix of pop-infused melodies and heartfelt lyrics. Best known for songs like Texas Girl and Like No One’s Watching, Scott had the crowd swaying and singing along early in the night. His smooth vocals and relatable songwriting made him the perfect choice to warm up the stage before the main event.
By the time Russell Dickerson hit the stage, the energy in the Roxy was like lightning. Kicking things off with Honey, he wasted no time getting the crowd involved, bouncing around the stage like a wrestler hyping up the crowd. With Russellmania in neon lights and the larger-than-life energy to match, Dickerson delivered hit after hit, including God Gave Me A Girl and his latest single, Happened To Me.
One of the standout moments of the night came during What A Life, a feel-good anthem that had the entire venue singing along like it was the soundtrack to their best memories. Whether it was his up-tempo, dance-worthy tracks or the emotional ballads, Dickerson proved why he’s one of country music’s most dynamic performers.

By the time the final song was finished, the crowd was still buzzing, proving that not even a tornado threat could stop a Russellmania showdown from being an unforgettable night.
