Alexandra Kay To Make Her Opry Debut
On November 19th, the TikTok sensation turned touring country artist, Alexandra Kay, will be making her debut in the famous Grand Ole Opry circle. In 2019, Alexandra made her first TikTok video and consistently posted clips of her singing while making coffee. She quickly gained popularity for her unique voice and started getting noticed by larger names in the industry. Fast forward to 2022 where she got the opportunity to be an opener for Tim McGraw and Russell Dickerson on a nationwide tour.
In a video posted on October 10th, Kay shares her emotional reaction when her manager and parents took her out to lunch and surprised her with the big news.

Immediately following the spotlight of the Opry, AK will be headlining her own tour with special guest, Julia Cole. The Backroad Therapy Tour gains its name from her most recent single release, which is relatable to anyone who’s ever gotten a late-night text from that certain someone, knowing full well that it’s not a good idea to follow up. The self-empowerment powerhouse track debuted at #1 on the iTunes Country chart and #6 on the iTunes All-Genre chart.
