Will Eric Church's New Restaurant & Bar Open In 2023?
Fans of country superstar Eric Church were thrilled to hear that the singer-songwriter was opening a restaurant and bar, however, it looks like they may have to wait a little longer to get a taste. Despite being under construction all the way down to the foundation, the opening of the new restaurant and bar looks like it may not happen in 2023. In this blog post, we'll be taking a closer look at the progress of the project.
Work has begun on Eric Church's new restaurant and bar located at 200 Broadway in the old Cotton Eye Joe building. Church purchased the 24.5 million dollar building from his bar neighbor, John Rich. Already, the construction team has gotten to work tearing out the old walls and foundation of the building, making room for a brand-new space. As the project progresses, new walls are being put up and other infrastructure improvements are being made. While the exact details of the restaurant and bar have yet to be released, it's clear that something special is in the works. This is an exciting development in the Nashville area and one that will no doubt be worth the wait for all members of The Church Choir.
The new restaurant and bar by Eric Church is no small project. Even though it looks like it's still far from opening its doors, construction has been underway for months. The entire building has been gutted, right down to the foundation. It's clear that Church has big plans for this project, as the foundation has been laid for a much larger structure than what stood before. A few sections of the original facade have been preserved, but the rest of the building will be completely renovated. Steel beams have been put in place and walls are slowly going up. The project is a long way from completion, but it's already taking shape. With Church's vision and expertise, the end result is sure to be something special.
As of the beginning of 2023, it is uncertain when Eric Church's new restaurant and bar will open. Construction is still underway and has gotten all the way down to the foundation. Unfortunately, with how long it has taken to get here and the current state of things, it is likely that the restaurant and bar will not open in 2023 as originally planned. It could be late 2023, or even 2024 before we see it open its doors.
Given the current climate and delays, Eric Church's team has not yet set a definite opening date for his restaurant and bar. As of right now, all we know is that the construction is still ongoing and that they have not announced an expected opening date yet.
In the meantime, we can only hope that the process will speed up and that the restaurant and bar will open sooner rather than later.
